Well I started by cutting out all juices and sodas from my diet. Water is the only thing I drink now. I then cut out all fried foods and fast food. I then switched out white breads for whole wheat products. I also eat on a blue medium plate (apparently the color blue can make you less hungry and I don’t allow myself seconds of anything). When you look down at your plate you want it to be one quarter protein, one quarter grains, and half vegetables. If I want something sweet I don’t go for candy or ice cream or things like that, instead I eat fruits such as strawberries and blue berries or low fat vanilla yogurt. I’m also a pretty good chef so I find many combinations of the healthy things I have to make them seem like brand new foods. Hey guys <3 So I know I said a few weeks ago that I was going to start jogging and such since I’m out of school. This is just going to be a nice little update on my progress. I have not only been jogging for atleast 30 minutes a day but I have also completely changed my eating habits as well as added yoga to my everyday routine. I’ve only been doing this for a few weeks but I have already lost 14 pounds ( I know that might now sound like a lot, but it honestly makes me ecstatic!) Yeah, alright that’s all.
